Refunds & Returns

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original condition.
The buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item:
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. 

We will replace the item or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

 

Non-Refundable Items

UK & Jersey Orders

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

If you are ordering from outside the UK/Jersey, your country may charge customs fees, VAT, or import duties.
